2 green cardamoms (elaichi)
1/2 cup blanched ,peeled,deseeded and chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 cup fresh cream
salt to taste
For The Garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

It's unlike traditional north Indian subzis but still worth a drool. The gravy is creamy with just the right seasoning.You should try if you are looking for a light and non-greasy North Indian meal.
